Downstairs features two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a cozy living area—perfect for teens or grandparents to relax and hang out. Upstairs, you'll discover another two bedrooms and an additional bathroom, along with an open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area that seamlessly connects to the decks, ideal for soaking in the sunshine.

Please note, there is no space to park in the garage.

No pets, no smoking.

House Rules and Information
Parking: 2 off-street parks in driveway - there is additional space on the grass verge.

Security Cameras:** There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes.

Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.
Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.
STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
