House had ample room for our group of 12. Bedroom on main level did not have an en suite. There was only a half bath on the main floor. The 4 en suite bedrooms were all on the top floor. Bottom level had a bedroom, living room and full bath. Well stocked kitchen and 2 separate sets of laundry and refrigerators, one upstairs and one downstairs. It was difficult to regulate temperatures throughout the house. Some rooms were cold and some were hot not matter what you set the thermostat on. Listing said 2 car garage but you can only fit one car in it due to all the stuff owner has stored there. Very steep drive way. Owner was very accommodating to anything we asked and prompt with responses. Location was very convenient to Metro, abundant restaurants and shopping. Neighborhood was quiet, clean and we felt safe. Great stay!

Perfect for our family gathering to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. So convenient to American University!

Very nice and clean, the only reason I did not give it a 5 star is due to the HVAC ductwork making loud banging noises when stopping and starting.

Lots of space/room for our family members. A good value for a large group. Each bedroom we used had its own bathroom which worked out great. We would rent it again.
