Great location in a quiet neighborhood, but close to the center, 10-20 min walk. Private garage right behind the building, it’s quite small - one car garage, but we have an SUV and there was no problem :) really nice design and taken care of apartment; two balconies, for the summer they give you two fans. Lots of space
2nd floor without a lift

Well equipped and spacious apartment in a nice quiet area about 15 min walk into centre of town. Liked the added benefit of having a private parking space at rear of property.
The only downside is the apartment complex has no lift so a bit of a struggle getting to the top floor especially if you are in your later years
