The room was clean. I was allowed to check in early hours of the morning.
I booked a double bed but got two single beds. I was charged 25 pounds extra the receptionist said I’d get my money back in the morning. In the morning there was no one at reception. I was told breakfast is at 9. I went there there was no one until I left.
