This is truly the best place to relax in Chalkidiki. The property is beautifully located, and the view from the entire house is absolutely breathtaking. The rooms are large, spacious, and very well equipped. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the bedding was perfectly clean. The bathroom was also very well stocked, including cosmetics and even toothbrushes. The pool was cleaned every day, which made it even more enjoyable. The owner, Marios, welcomed us like family and made us feel completely at home. This place is simply amazing perfect for relaxation and escaping everyday life.Highly recommended we will definitely come back!

Highly recommended. Great area, great people.

Our stay was very nice. The villa was clean and as described. I can only recommend it. We really enjoyed the many cats we fed. We hope more people come who feel the same way we do.

We had a great time at Kalma Villa. Kids loved the pool, we enjoyed the sea view and the confort of the house. The living room is large, the terrace as well. The villa is clean, the small garden is well kept and the pool is cleaned every 3 days. Massoutis is close enough to go by foot. Moudania is a nice area, with tavernas, restaurants, beach, even an open market (every Wednesday).
