Enjoyed our stay very much. Lovely property. Saw several deer.Great location!

Overall, the cabin was great! Our stay was in the late spring, and the location was beautiful, surrounded with trees, birds, and mountain breezes. The cabin's interior feels spacious for a group our size (there were 10 adults in our group; and by the way I have a hard time imagining 25 in this home). It appeared that the home has been upgraded inside recently, with a clean, modern look. We loved the spacious kitchen for all our cooking and meal prep, and the large dining room table where we could all fit for meals as well as playing games together was fantastic. We loved having king beds in the four rooms on the upper 2 floors. Bathrooms were beautiful and modern (although one of them had some minor issues with the tile/grout on the shower's bumper that we made the owner aware of). Furnishings were comfortable and decor very nice. Cleanliness was pretty good, with a few minor exceptions. We did find it difficult to keep the mountain dirt and dust completely outside, but I suppose that's the nature of a mountain cabin. Plenty of parking. We loved the immediate outdoor beauty and nature walks (but be prepared for the hills and the thin air at higher elevation). This was our first time to Brian Head and we really enjoyed ourselves. If we ever do a similar family trip, we would definitely consider staying at this same cabin again.

The kids loved the basement bunk room and adjacent game room in the converted garage.
