Central location
Parking is a lie, had the host been honest, it would have been less stressful to find parking, nearby city parking is free at certain times, but this isn't clear when driving around. Also the AC hose was hidden (in a heatwave) and the host blamed us for not finding it. (Didn't think the host would respond when we got back (from restaurant/bar) around midnight.)
