Very clean, spacious and well-equipped.
Friendly and helpful host.
Good location - about 10min walk to town
Kitchen was particularly well-equipped with cleaning products, condiments etc.
The 9-page "house rules" booklet that was sent prior to the stay felt a bit unwelcoming (although as it was, the host was great). An "instructions" (rather than "rules") booklet just on arrival would be nicer and not make guests worry constantly about whether they were breaking rules!

Brand new renovation. Very private and quiet.
The apartment did not have a smart TV so we could get on Netflix or any of our own programs.

Check-in und Check-out waren unkompliziert.
