Clean, spacious rooms. Modern amenities Very comfortable bed. But have to especially thank the hosts who went out of their way to help us when we were struggling to get from the quay where the Grimaldi ferry offloaded us to the hotel. From helping us search for a cab to actually coming to get us when the cab fell through, they showed themselves the heard of hospitality.

There are significant stairs to reach the property. Not a big deal for almost everybody but folks with genuine mobility issues might find it a challenge.

The host Maria was very nice and accommodating. The room was lovely and the facility had a wonderful outside patio looking over the area that was kept very nice.

The only thing was when we arrived our transfer dropped us off and we didn’t know where to go. It doesn’t have an hotel like entrance. More like an apartment entrance where you hit a buzzer amongst others to contact the host and she came in 5 minutes. Once we figured it out it was fine.

arrived early (check in is 3pm- we arrived at 1pm). As a guest house there was nobody to greet us even though website said we could leave our cases. The cleaning lady was very helpful once we got past the language barrier. A massive thing to be aware of is a very long steep stair case to get up to the apartment which seems to be within a residential block of flats. We had 3 x 25 kg cases which I found very very difficult to get up the stairs. Anybody who is older or not very fit would not be able to do it. We left the flat at 9am the following morning. At 9.35 we got a message from the host asking what time we where leaving, and she would help with the cases. Just a bit too late ! On that note, one minor thing to be aware of. We was looking for a wine opener in the shared kitchen/ living area of the flat. When I returned to my room we had a phone call and message from the host telling us where the wine opener is. It turns out there are cameras in the shared areas where we where being watched and listened too. This creeped us out a bit. She also would have known that we had left at 9am when she messaged at 9.30 to say she would help with cases. A lovely well decorated room, just a couple of things to be aware of so you can make an informed decision. Also, description says sea view which it is not (unless you count a distant very small sliver of a view between 2 buildings). The room is also on a busy main road and the sound insulation is not great.
