Clean apartment, you have almost everything you need, including dishwasher. Parking is in the underground garage. Touria is a very friendly person on site, always ready to help. We were happy to contact her.
Location is too far from Paris city center, it is a little bit scared on the street, but inside the gate it is quiet. No window curtains. Not enough handles, no mirrors. No laundry detergent, not enough dishwasher tablets.

Easily accessible from Gare du Nord: RER D to Pierrefitte Stains, the last leg an 8-minute walk, or bus 268 to the Jean Grignoux bus stop with heavy suitcases. Also handy: supermarkets near Pierrefitte Stains (including Aldi).
The cleaning of the bathroom could have been a little better.
