We were most impressed with the location and the decor of this pub/hotel.
We were greeted by Alex with a smile and he couldn’t do enough for us. He booked us a table at a sister pub so we could watch our Rugby Team on TV who were playing ! Nothing was too much trouble, great customer service which is rare today.
There was nothing to dislike

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Pub downstairs was nice and staff was friendly. Location worked for me. It was close to transit options to get around the city.
Not really the fault of the property but maybe had some bad luck with several sirens (emergency vehicles) going by in the night one of the nights I stayed there. I did have the window open for some fresh air.
