Friendly staff, very comfortable, large room. Very good location next to Plaza de Armas. Everything very clean and new.
There was some building works in the hotel, installing a lift. They started working at 07:00 but this didn’t bother us since we got up at that time anyway.
Building works if you wanted to sleep after 07:00

Good value for money. In my opinion, the hotel is a real gem. I stayed at a 4 star hotel in Moquena a couple of years ago and I can say the quality of the installations and the breakfast are quite similar, excepting for the elevator which was not operational due to a current maintenance.
No working elevator due to maintenance.
