Great location! Easy to walk downtown and a lot to do. It does not have central air and the upstairs, where 2 bedrooms were are very warm for the summer months. I would go back in the other seasons. Communication was great with Jan.

Beautiful historic home. If your planning to rent in summer itdoes not have central air.i guess it depends on how you deal with heat.very warm inside.we just couldn't enjoy like we wanted. But if heat doesn't bother you i would stay there
