Place is amazing for a large group. We had 5 couples . Great location, walking distance or short Lyft to many restaurants

Richard was an outstanding host. Responded within minutes to every one of my silly questions.House was perfect for our large group and the attention to details did not go unnoticed! Enough glasses, cutlery, seating, indoors and out. Coldest Florida weather in 20 years and Richard reached out to see if we needed more blankets. I replied back with photos of us crazy Canucks in the pool and hot tub. We were fine! Another bonus was that we were able to wash and dry our wet bathing suits before packing again.I have nothing negative to report, as I know any suggestions we made,Richard immediately implemented.Perfect stay, where we all gathered prior to boarding our cruise!Thank you Richard, see chat next cruise!

Great location! We made this house our home for 7 nights, both the indoor and outdoor spaces were so comfortable! We loved the pool and hot tub! Our host was very accommodating! Great place to enjoy Cocoa beach!!

Had a good time with our adult children and spouses. Plenty of room for all. The host was very responsive to the couple small issues that arose. The property is close to the beach and the pool was nice to have.
