Really wonderful family vacation. We appreciated how well stocked the house was (towels, toilet paper, plates, etc) and loved gathering areas with plenty of seating.

We have stayed at countless VRBO over the years with family and friends. Nothing holds a candle to this home. Tim has thought of everything. Kids cups, plates, utensils, multiple pack and plays, high chairs, boosters, and the game shed are so helpful when traveling with young ones. The kitchen has everything you could need and every bedroom and bathroom was equipped with more than enough linens and towels than you’d ever need. The pool and outhouse next to it are perfect and greatly appreciate the double security of a fence and cover on the pool. Tim was always responsive and we are looking forward to booking with him again!

What a perfect home for a great weekend! Tim was a pleasure to work with and everything in the description was accurate. Easy communication, easy check-in & and out, and great location.

The property is very spacious and has more than enough room for everyone. We really enjoyed our stay! A few suggestions: the barn didn’t feel very useful since that’s where the games were—it might be nicer to have them in the summer room. The lawns and trees could use a little more care, and there were quite a lot of bugs and mosquitoes outside, so some treatment would help. Guests should also be aware that neighbors value quiet, which can be tricky with such a big property and large groups. Overall, it’s a beautiful space with lots of potential for an even better experience.
