We had a wonderful family stay in Sedona and the location was everything we hoped for. We had a group of 14, and the two laundry rooms and two kitchens were a huge help. There was enough space and enough to do for everyone without feeling crowded — the pool and outdoor TV space were in use every day. The arcade had some classic games, though a PS5 or Switch 2 would be a nice upgrade. The host deserves real credit for responsiveness. When the main shower wouldn’t drain, they had someone out to fix it quickly. That said, the property showed more wear than we expected. Cobwebs throughout, the ice maker leaked, and the hot tub had what seemed like a lot of chlorine. None of it ruined our trip, but at this price point our expectations were high.Would recommend with the caveat that you may need to flag a few things on arrival.

The property was exactly as advertized. Very clean with lots of extra amenities. Kitchen was stocked with anything you’d need. Host was available for questions/issues and was quick to respond. Overall amazing property for our family 12 with gorgeous views.

Great place with tons of amenities and well appointed. The property is well maintained and it offers amazing views of the surrounding area from all over the home and property. Chris was great with his communication.

Everything was absolutely perfect for our family! We enjoyed everything the house had to offer!
