The ground floor patio unit was great for our family of three. The unit would certainly have accommodated more. A family with small children might enjoy the space also due to having both a grassy area and hard surface patio fenced in separately from the pool for play. The kitchen was stocked with the basics. Having a tiki restaurant next door that is open for breakfast offered a great opportunity. While the unit does not have a washer/dryer in it, we found the complex machines to be top-of-the-line, clean, appearing to be new with digital payment. If you’re flying in, the full size soaps, shampoos, conditioners, body washes offered would make packing easier. Bike, surfboard, and golf cart rentals are a block away. Most restaurants are walkable, but a few favorites are farther away. We had no problems finding Ubers. The views priceless!

This condo was the perfect vacation spot! Gorgeous view and we loved being right outside near the pool! Everything is walkable from this location as well being so close to Flagler Avenue.

Great Condo and Great Location.

This place is PERFECT! It’s a less than 5 minute walk down the beach to get to Flagler Ave where shopping, cafes and restaurants will exceed your expectations! The rental unit is updated with great appliances and and beautiful flooring. The beds are remarkably comfy and the views are even more unbelievable! The only downside is the registration process, after booking through VRBO, is sketchy. You’ll get a call from a phone number from another state which iPhones indicate as “possible spam” and the person on the other side of the phone had a thick accent from another country and they want you to follow an email, from “CasaGo” to send a photo of your ID and credit card. Hated this but rolled the dice and it was fine.Even with this, I’ll still book again. Don’t let it distract you from how wonderful the overall experience is. Just wanted to point it out so you’re prepared it’s coming!
