Where to begin... Patricia & her husband were the most hospitable & responsive hosts we have ever had out of our many Vrbo stays!! Every time we had a question or need it was attended to immediately. Just amazing & kind people. The rental is incredible. Perfectly set up with a beautiful shared pool, lounge areas, & recreation area that included pickle ball, basketball, games, & a gym. It's a perfect location right across the street from the beach access a 2 min walk to the property beach front chairs on Long Bay Beach. We had the beach to ourselves everyday! Short walk to The Shore Club down the beach for food & drinks but we cooked everyday in the well stocked kitchen or utilized the grill. It's a gated property with an alarm so we felt completely safe and had great privacy. They also have a 3 BR two story property next door with its own private pool & shares access to the rec area that's amazing & we may upsize on our next visit. Again I can't say enough wonderful things about the property & hosts!! Will definitely stay again!

Would 100% recommend!!

This is a wonderful property! Unfortunately VRBO doesn't allow me enough space to do a full review. Please see my more comprehensive review on Google by searching "reviews Turks Haven Villas" and look for the review from Rod Hannaford. Here are the highlights from that review:- we stayed 35 days, so got a full depth experience at the villa, and loved every minute of it- the hosts, Patricia & Marvin are exceptionally friendly and helpful people; they made us feel like family- all the pix on VRBO accurately reflect the newness and condition of the property; it was immaculate- the kitchen is well equipped, including a NutriBullet blender, perfect for those rum smoothies! Lots of utensils, BBQ tools, and all pots & pans are non-stick- the A/C worked well; ditto for washer & dryer; we had a small problem with the dishwasher, but it was fixed immediately- there's a security safe & a built-in security system; the villa is surrounded by a security fence with coded gate locks...totally safe with no unwanted intruders- the bedroom has a king bed with foam mattress, & plenty of dresser & closet space- the patio & pool were great; there's chairs & umbrellas you can take to another beach; the nearby beach has chaise loungers exclusively for THV guests- it's within a 10-12 minute drive to groceries & liquorThis is truly a hidden gem! Thank you Patricia & Marvin!

Our house were absolutely amazing. They both made the visit extra extraordinary because of the kindness, positivity, friendliness, and commitment to making us feel welcome. The property was the best maintained we’ve ever stayed at, and the attention to detail was amazing. Location is spectacular a walk across the street to the beach. We highly recommend the property.
