Nice facility. This condo fully updated. A/C was great. Two pools and hot tubs. Walk to the beach was fine, lots of setup space & walking distance to Clayton Beach w/couple of restaurants.

For starters, Host communication via the app was absolutely spot on, super responsive and communicative! 5 stars to the host for that! I believe the host is out of state/country. That’s was one of the issues I had. The pictures were of the actual location, however the photos seems to have been edited in a manner, to ensure best lighting qualities, and hid all of the imperfections. I had higher expectations from the appearance on the outside, yet alone the inside was much nicer. The exterior upon arriving makes it seem like a super nice high rise building. It wasn’t, and seem to have been run down rooms on the exterior. Interior had Paint chipped drawers, paint mismatched touch ups, severe cracking on exterior rooms doors. The salt from the beach has definitely taken a toll on this one. If you’re looking for a low key place, not very critical on interior amenities, then sure this is for you. The beach was a short 3 minute walk, and the pools were exactly as shown. Parking was relatively available, and no rude tenants at the time. They did supply with the literal bare minimum on pots/pans utensils. Again, host was absolutely amazing via the app!

Would gladly stay here again. Excellent location to town and the beach. Property is well maintained and the pools and hottubs were in great shape and water perfect temp. This is on the 3rd floor, but wasn't a hassle. We loved the balconies and lots of space in the condo for our family and friends.

NOT on the beach. No view of the beach. About 3 minute walk to the beach. Sparsest VRBO I have ever been in. No board games, just enough kitchen pans etc to cook. Laundry but no soap. No dish soap. Two towels per bathroom, one kitchen towel. Four beach towels. No extra blankets. While there I hooked up the TV, fixed the dishwasher rack, the guest toilet. The ice maker did not work. It was very clean. It was quiet. Close to splashpad. The property is nice, pool faces the beach. Many sitting areas to see beach. Secure, cameras and people watching, controlled access. This is good because the door would blow open in a strong wind. Pool was heated, the hot tub too heated, it burned our skin if we tried to get in. Close to bars/restaurants.Given the property/host fee, go stay at the Courtyard by Marriott just down the beach. Benefit of this property was the staff and the pool size, it's big.The staff at the property WERE AWESOME. Very nice and acted quickly to let us in.NOT ON THE BEACH.
