Tru By Hilton Martinsburg

My only complaint is how I was greeted by the front desk clerk upon my arrival for check in. It was late, around 1130pm. I stood in line and waited for the clerk to help the person in front of me. Once she was finished, she looked at me and said “do you want something?”…maybe “can I help you?” Or “how can I help you?”. Just came off as rude, unprofessional and that I was a bother. I will say that the interaction after that went well. Also, upon check in late in the evening, An employee was sitting at a large table in the lobby. The table was covered with hotel laundry (assuming it was clean). The employee was sitting and folding the laundry. Again, just not a great look for the hotel. Not professional. I had no interaction with this employee, just observation. Otherwise, a great stay!

Great location and value Only complaint is the EV charger is too slow - only 15 Amps

Sorry but did not like the aestetics of the pool table's predominant presence in the lobbies of both Tru I stayed atl

Perfect for us as we travel to NJ from SC. We will definitely be staying again.
