The Space:
Located in the quaint town of Kimberling City, this area is a haven for locals and out-of-state visitors alike due to the almost unlimited amount of exploration one can do through the expansive Ozarks–as well as the picturesque landscape. When you stay at Lakeview at Table Rock, you will truly be in the center of it all!
*****Please note that it is possible for there to be construction near this property through the remainder of the year. That being said, the host believes that it will not cause any disruption to the stay of any guest, nor may the guest hold the host responsible for any such disruption.*****
The spacious wraparound outdoor balcony offers unlimited views of the lake as well as the scenic Kimberling City Bridge. A café table with seating for 4 provides the option for an outdoor meal or game of cards in the fresh Ozark air. Stepping inside, bright, well-lit spaces stocked with comfortable furnishings invite you to unwind after a long day of outdoor activities. From the cozy living room with ample sofa-style seating and large, mounted smart TV to the dining room table with seating for 6, you and your guests will find places suitable for spreading out or coming back together for memorable moments. A clean, well-equipped kitchen with all standard appliances and drip coffee maker allows for home-cooked meals and plenty of counter space for preparing local takeout.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- This is a walk-up unit with 5 steps leading up to the unit.
- Parking for 2 vehicles is available in the attached lot.
- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.
- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.
- Washer and dryer in home.
- This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
- The communal outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Lousy, aloof management service, but nice condo, clean, and a great location for privacy despite being next to the pool. This time of year, the price was right.. The patio overlooking the lake and the bridge is so private that you could sit naked and no one would notice you, except perhaps a fisherman. The condo itself is nice, although a bit dated with an old whirlpool tub in the main bedroom bath, and just a bit beat up with cheap woodwork and spray on ceilings starting to peel off in the bath. The HVAC unit in the bigger bedroom is old and noisy. Bring your own body wash and soap. There is a small stack washer and dryer. The kitchen is nice and was clean, but limited in resources for cooking.
The management service is impersonal and aloof unless you enjoy text messaging with AI. I did not receive information a day ahead for check in, and on our day for check in, we were trying to use the numbers provided to get some assistance and wound up on hold twice with dead end phone trees. The only way to communicate is by texting. And responses are delayed. We arrived a couple of hours before the 4pm check in time, and the condo had clearly been prepared, and I reached out with a “personal” text message noting it would be helpful to gain access 1 hour early at that point. I got a delayed response telling me to text an early check in request for 27.50 per hour. This is a nice basic place with a view, but the worst, inaccessible impersonal management you can imagine.

it was awesome. And the three of us really enjoyed ourselves. It was a great experience all around and the hosts were wonderful. Looking forward to doing this again.
