Welcome to your dream vacation apartment in the heart of Grömitz!
This beautiful 2-room apartment sleeps up to 4 people and is located on the 2nd floor of a charming building (no elevator). The apartment was completely renovated and refurnished in September 2024, so you can look forward to modern and stylish accommodations.
Thanks to the large floor-to-ceiling windows, the apartment is flooded with light and offers a warm, inviting atmosphere. The solid wood flooring gives the space a cozy and upscale feel. From the balcony, you can enjoy a magnificent view over Grömitz, St. Nicolai Church, and even a glimpse of the Baltic Sea.
The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box-spring bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a large closet, so you can feel right at home. In the living room, you’ll find a sofa bed for 2 people, which comes with a separate topper (1.60 x 2.00 m) for added sleeping comfort.
The open-concept living area, featuring a kitchenette and a dining table for 4 people, is perfect for social evenings. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for your stay: a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stovetop, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. There is no oven, but you won’t miss a thing!
The apartment’s location is ideal: a bus stop is just a two-minute walk away, and there’s a pharmacy on the first floor of the building. Rossmann, Edeka, or Rewe, as well as a bakery, are also just a two-minute walk away.
The apartment is accessible via two entrance doors and a staircase leading to the 2nd floor. The entrance next to the perfume shop leads directly to the apartment. Behind the building is a parking lot; the gated area is reserved for tenants of the building at Am Markt 7 and is accessible via Theodor-Klinkforth-Straße.
There are bicycle racks (uncovered) in front of the building next to the perfume shop. Bicycles can also be parked temporarily in the building’s entrance. Through the building’s entrance on Theodor-Klinkforth-Straße, you also have access to the basement, where bicycles can be parked as well. The basement also features a washing machine and dryer for shared use, which can be used for a small fee.
