This condo complex is a little older and outdated but not a bad place to stay. Definitely has that look and smell of an older place close to the ocean. I believe they are updating all the units in the coming year or so. My wife and younger kids enjoyed our stay with a couple of pools close by our unit and 30 minute drives to the airport and Captain Cook. Lots of space for a family. Probably the only two complaints we had was that both bedrooms were supposed to have king size beds but one of our bedrooms had twin beds. The other thing is that you park in a parking garage and walk a short distance depending on your units location. Not being able to pull up next to your unit with groceries and kids can be a burden sometimes. That said, we would stay here again.
