I would like to thank the team at Four Points Flex by Sheraton Ankara, especially Dilan, for her excellent assistance. I informed the hotel through Booking.com that my expected arrival time would be between 00:00 and 01:00 AM. However, due to my travel, I actually arrived around 2:00 AM. When I arrived, the hotel was fully occupied, and the only remaining room was not yet clean. Dilan was extremely helpful and professional. She contacted the manager and did everything she could to find a solution. The room was cleaned and prepared for me, and I was able to check in shortly afterwards as a complimentary early check-in, without any additional charge. I really appreciate Dilan’s kindness, patience, and professionalism. She went above and beyond to help me despite the late hour, and her assistance made a difficult situation much easier. Thank you again to Dilan and the whole hotel team for taking care of me. I would definitely be happy to stay at Four Points Flex by Sheraton Ankara again.

Nothing. Everything was good, and Dilan was very helpful and professional.

I got a room upgrade to the executive suite. It was such a roomy and comfortable room. Absolutely loved it. Water bottles were added every day, and I had a neat plate of fruit when coming in. The staff where friendly and helpful.

The room temperature control wasn't exactly straightforward. There were two sets of two control panels, and there were no written instructions on what each panel controlled.
