Es gab nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat. Hervorzuheben ist das außergewöhnliche und hervorragend schmeckende frühstück. Dazu die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft (v.a. meinen schweren Koffer von/zur strasse zu transportieren). Dafür einen herzlichen Dank!!!
Das einzigste, was aber nicht wirklich ein problem war, dass es nicht sehr viel platz in dem Einzelzimmer gab um meinen übergroßen Koffer abzustellen/hinzulegen und zu öffnen. Ich habs geschafft also wie gesagt nicht wirklich ein problem

We loved this hotel, quaint and cozy rooms, ours were situated around the inner courtyard. The beds were comfortable and there was a good shower. Breakfast was Turkish style and plenty, very tasty. Staff was very friendly and they were knowledgeable about the points of interest around us.
We don’t have any negative points
Mind you it is in the old town of Mardin where you have to do stairs to reach the hotel. Set your navigation to 249 Kumlu Sk. Drive nearly to the end (near the end of this street where you see a small electricity house, park there and call the hotel to help you find it! It is before the sign of Helen Olimpos Konağı.

Le personnel était vraiment à l’écoute et réactif, l’équipe était d’une grande générosité. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, proche de toutes les attractions et vraiment sûr (ex: sortie nocturne). Le petit déjeuné était copieux et savoureux.

Edifici renovat i bonic i bona situació. Esmorzar acceptable
No està gens ben mantingut, endolls desenganxats, llums que no funcionen, portes que no tanquen i preu molt excesiu pel que és. Una decepció.
