The place is big and beautiful, clean rooms, and pretty close to both universal and disney. Had a great time at the wizarding mansion would definitely recommend for big families

The house was in great shape except that the previous guests had broken a glass and left shards in the hot tub. The property manager did not address this issue and overall the communication with the property manager was poor. They were unresponsive for several hours pre-arrival and ignored messages sent to their support team on several occasions.
