Very near Nulu where everything is happening!

The location in Louisville was excellent to Whiskey Row, and downtown attractions as well as the waterfront. There were a few glitches in the window coverings/blinds with missing slats and holes. The street parking was not optimum, though we were able to find spots.The decor was nice, the kitchen was well appointed, though a book on how to use the microwave and get the fridge to make ice would be helpful as they weren't 'standard'. The property manager fixed the hot water problem the morning after we arrived. Overall, we were only in the unit from 9-10pm to 8am each day. I've sent the owner some other observations about the lighting and electrical switches. Overall the property suited our purposes for visiting several distillers, horse farms, Keeneland and Churchill Downs and to get reacquainted with the amazing city of Louisville, KY and surrounding areas.

Fantastic stay in beautiful, remodeled home built in 1900 near NULU. Safe, beautifully furnished and comfortable. Hosts were quick to respond and very helpful. Would recommend this property to anyone!

I had some problems with the contract and was helped with it and a few other problems. The house was great and everyone enjoyed their stay.
