We loved this house and would highly recommend to anyone! Super clean well set up and a great location! The host was super helpful and very good with answering any questions we had!

We had a fantastic stay for our mom’s 89th birthday. The elevator was a necessity, and so nice for moving in and out. Our host was wonderful, super friendly, and extremely helpful. The view was exceptional, and our mom (who has mobility issues) got to take in the sights and sounds of the ocean on the deck without going on the beach. The hot tub was relaxing and well-maintained. We loved it, and plan to come again!

House was very clean. We had no need to communicate with the host. It was the consensus of our family that this was one of the best places we have stayed on Topsail. We have been coming for 20 years. The kitchen was amazingly stocked. More comfortable seating in the living room was our only suggestion. Thanks for a great week!

This was one of the best VRBO beach houses we have ever stayed in, if not the best. Everything was excellent, we will definitely find a time to come back. There was tons of space, good for privacy or togetherness. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we could need, including spices! Having beach chairs and towels available was great. It was a little chilly, so being able to sit in the hot tub and enjoy the ocean view was amazing, as well as being able to use the hammock chairs. Being on the lower deck with shade from the upper was great, and the view from the upper, as well as the view from the windows inside can't be beat, and just steps to the beach from the deck was wonderful. Even if you don't need an elevator, having the elevator was a nice bonus to bring luggage, groceries, and such up from the ground floor - it up was certainly helpful! On the way out, we stopped by the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation Center, that was a really fun and interesting tour!
