For breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso capsule coffee maker will help you start the day well. Fancy having your meals in the sun? A large terrace of 45 m² awaits you with its garden furniture. The house has three relaxation areas: the first, in the living room, with its comfortable armchairs and sofas; the second, smaller, upstairs on the landing, has three seats and a television; finally, the third is set up on the terrace, with a bench and two armchairs.



For your nights, a master bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a private bathroom with shower and WC is located on the ground floor. Upstairs, you will find three other bedrooms and a bathroom with WC. One of them has a double bed, the other two have two single beds each (90x190). You will also find a third bed reserved for a child (70x180).



For added comfort, you will also find an independent toilet on the ground floor, a washing machine dryer, two parking spaces and an outdoor shower for your return from the beach. A vinyl record player, children's games and books are also at your disposal.
