High-end 55 sqm one-bedroom loft in Colima, CDMX, off Paseo de la Reforma. Open-plan, living and sleeping in one space. Accommodates up to two guests, in a king bed. Full kitchen: stove, refrigerator and microwave, air conditioning, a shared washer and dryer, and Wi-Fi. The building has a doorman.
The Space:
The apartment has one bathroom.
The bedroom comes with fresh bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and iron.
The full kitchen comes with stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, kettle, coffee maker, cookware and tableware. There is a shared washer and dryer. A workspace and desk is available too.
The bathroom is stocked with towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel and hot water. The apartment has air conditioning throughout.
Guest Access:
The apartment door opens with a code we send you before you arrive, so there are no keys to pick up.

The neighborhood is filled with inviting cafés, international restaurants, and charming tree-lined streets, while landmarks such as the Ángel de la Independencia and Chapultepec are within easy reach. Its central location makes it ideal for discovering Mexico City on foot.

Transport can be arranged through us for any trip during your stay, at a rate confirmed in advance. Message us before your arrival.

In order to access the building it is necessary to register with the following information:
- Names of each guest
- ID number of each guest (Passport#, Drivers License#, etc.)
- Estimated time of arrival
Check-in time: 3pm
Check-out time: 11am

Although the apartment is located in a safe and generally quiet area, due to high demand and the constant flow of residents and visitors, you may occasionally notice the gentle buzz of urban life and some activity within the building.
We inform you that work will be carried out on the building's roof between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., which may cause intermittent noise throughout the day. We appreciate your understanding.
There is construction work going on in the adjacent building, with possible intermittent noise during working hours.
