Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.
HOUSEHOLD ITEMS:
As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.

Only registered guests are allowed. Unapproved guests will incur a $200 fee per person.
RESPECT FOR NEIGHBORS and NOISE
No parties or events. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate removal without a refund.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM. No loud music after 10 PM (Atlantic City noise ordinance).
CHECK-OUT and CLEANLINESS
Check-out on time to allow for cleaning. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees.
Keep the property clean. No glitter, confetti, or tape on walls.
Additional cleaning fees apply for damages, excessive mess, or soiled items.
SMOKING, FIRE SAFETY and PROPERTY CARE
No smoking or drugs indoors. A $250 fee applies for violations.
No open flames, candles, or wax.
Only flush toilet paper—no wipes, paper towels, or other materials.

Lock doors and windows when leaving.
Missing or damaged items will be charged:

We had a mixed experience at this house. On the plus side, the layout of the house is great, with plenty of usable space for our group. The playroom was a nice bonus, and the large enclosed backyard was perfect for kids to run around.The house was also clean and well-maintained. However, we encountered a few issues that prevented us from fully enjoying our stay. The TV in the playroom wasn't working, which was a disappointment for the kids.Additionally, we had some concerns with the beds. The room with two beds was advertised as having proper beds, but unfortunately, they were just 2-inch mattress toppers on top of wooden boards. This made for a very uncomfortable sleeping experience.Furthermore, one of the other beds felt very unstable, and the mattress felt too soft, almost like a waterbed. This made it difficult for some of us to get a good night's sleep.Overall, it's a nice house, but there are some areas that need attention. With some improvements to the bedding, TV, and overall maintenance, this could be a great place to stay. As it is, we can only give it 3 stars.
