The property has some weak spots in the floor. The screen doors need some work. The storage area where washer and dryer is located the wood floor is unsafe due to have gotten wet.

Property was close to the beach, very clean, and well stocked. Loved the screened in porches! The view to the marsh was beautiful.

Our new favorite Folly house! Very clean with comfortable beds and furniture and cute decor. Loved the screened in porches - the back porch was an excellent spot for sunset dinners! Spent time reading and relaxing on the swinging bed under the house between our time on the beach, which is accessed just across the street. We are already checking our calendars to book again for next year!

House was smaller than expected, beds small and very old and not updated. Also found roaches in house. The 3 stars is for the yard and location to beach.
