IMPORTANT: The villa has a maximum capacity of 15 guests.

If the number of guests exceeds this limit, an additional charge of 50 € per extra guest per night will apply, which must be paid separately.

NOTE: If you enter the total number of guests who will ultimately be staying when making the reservation, you will not incur any additional charges later.

Warm regards—we’ll be delighted to welcome you.
It’s important that the number of guests matches what’s listed in the reservation; each additional guest costs €50 per night, which will be charged as an extra fee through Airbnb. If you have guests staying at the house, there’s an additional daily fee. Parties, loud disturbances, and drunkenness are not allowed—this is a private residential area in Mallorca. We’ll be delighted to welcome you as long as you follow the rules. 🤗

We have solar panels, so please don’t plug in all your appliances at once; try to use energy sparingly.
We’d be delighted to welcome you as long as you follow the rules.🤗
