Clean room, courteous staff, easy check in process. Very understanding and personalized service. Definitely coming back with our sons to spend more time in Bacalar.

OMG! I loved it! The lady who owns it (well the couple but I mostly was assisted by the lady) is sooooo nice! she was so helpful in guiding me to the locations - she told me where i can go and how to get there- so friendly!

Very clean, nice grounds and very friendly staff. Downside - noisy, the location is right next to the highway and no blankets.
