We had an issue with a kitchen appliance and the owner communicated with us immediately and had it fixed within a few hours, which we really appreciated. Overall great communication and service. Listing as described.

Kirkland's Smoky Mountain Cabin was a wonderful experience for my family. Easy check in process and the Mountain views are breathtaking! When in the Gatlinburg area again will definitely consider rebooking.

This was a great place to host visiting family members. The location is very convenient to all the great experiences that Gatlinburg has to offer. The cabin is very functional and very clean. Host were very responsive and accomodating. Awesome.

The TV didn't work,a closet door was broken down stairs, the microwave didn't have a tray, there wasn't enough dishes for 9 people, there was only one ice tray in the freezer.
Checking in after4pm didn't give us very much time in the cabin.
