Fantastic location within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg, offering great views of both the city skyline and the surrounding woods. The space was incredibly clean and comfortable. While the elevator was fully functional and working well, I actually preferred taking the stairs—it's a great way to warm up for the trails! If you’re visiting the Smokies to hike, skip the elevator and challenge yourself on the stairs. Highly recommend!

The property located in wooded area, got to see a family of black bear walking around. The property is within walking distance to the main street.

The price for the location was great! We loved seeing bears each day off the balcony and being walking distance to town.
