Casa Felicidade, located in the charming village of Prazeres, is a beautiful stone house designed to make your holiday truly unforgettable. Surrounded by nature and open skies, it offers a peaceful retreat where rustic character meets modern comfort. The traditional stone exterior contrasts perfectly with the cosy, light-filled interiors, creating a welcoming atmosphere ideal for relaxation.
With breathtaking sea views, spectacular sunsets, and sunshine throughout the day, this is the perfect place to unwind and reconnect with nature. The property sits on a generous 790 m² plot and features 104 m² of living space, including two comfortable bedrooms thoughtfully designed for restful nights.
The house is fully equipped for a carefree stay, offering high-speed Wi-Fi, garden furniture, a barbecue area for outdoor dining, and an open garage for convenient parking. The modern kitchen includes a microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, and a full set of crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils—everything you need to feel at home.
Ideally located, the house is just a short drive from Calheta Beach and only two minutes on foot from a local supermarket and bakery, as well as several inviting restaurants. Madeira is renowned for its spectacular levada walks, and with multiple hiking trails starting directly in Prazeres, Casa Felicidade is a wonderful base from which to explore the island’s natural beauty before returning each day to peace, comfort, and unforgettable ocean views.
