We booked a basic room, arrived and we were put into an executive room without extra cost. Staff were very kind, the place was clean and beautiful. We enjoyed out stay Thank you!

We thought it was great and it is my choice for a return trip to Nairobi. The room was clean with no problems. The staff were amazingly accomodating getting us a ride to the airport on short notice in the middle of the night.
I enjoyed the African breakfast. The hotel setting is garden like as well. Lovely!
