Grumete is a cozy duplex, with its own style, simple and functional. Modern accommodation where design and pure materials merge, rooms with lots of natural light and a cozy terrace with barbecue.

On the ground floor, it has a beautiful terrace with an outdoor shower ideal for when you return from the beach, a spacious living room with a wonderful César Manrique-style wooden staircase, a full bathroom and a fully equipped independent kitchen: oven-microwave, ceramic hob , dishwasher, fridge and freezer, and all appliances: washing machine, toaster, water heater, coffee maker, kettle and a utility room where you can leave sports equipment such as bicycles.

The house was as described and shown in the photos. We had an enjoyable and comfortable two months. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to prepare all the meals we desired, after Bettina showed us how to use the combi microwave / convection oven. The cleaning staff that came every two weeks did a good job. Thank you Mónica and Bettina; we can highly recommend this property.
