The problem and only problem we had was that the building was in the process of renovation. This renovation was not in existence when we rented the property on Feb 2025. The place was encased in scaffolding and we had workmen there until the last week (8th) of our stay. We also had workmen entering the interior to repair windows, French doors etc that were part of the renovation. The owners did not expect this renovation to extend during our stay as the construction was delayed 4-5 months from expected completion. However Scott and Beverly stepped up with quick responses on window coverings,a plumber and a generous refund for our inconvience. They were first rate and they are planning on completing the renovation by replacing all wall to wall carpeting upstairs and painting the complete interior. Anyone considering a seasonal rental in their townhouse should know that they will be dealing with a first rate landlord. They have been the finest owners we have dealt with in our 7th year in Ft Myers/Cape Coral seasonal stays.
