Nice, comfortable house on a housing estate. Clean, well equipped with comfy beds.
Surrounding area a little scruffy and quite a walk to the centre of Ripon. Bathroom quite small and shower tray a little slippy so a shower mat would be a good idea. Road is noisy outside the main bedroom. Only about 1cm of handwash and shower gel left in the bottles for 3 people, which I found to be extremely mean, especially given the price of the accommodation. We had to make a visit to Morrisons to get some - not ideal when you arrive after a long day!

Well equipped, clean house.
Location next to a busy road coming in and out of Ripon. The house backed onto the road and the bedroom at the front of the house was subject to a lot of road noise which affected sleeping at night. Also one of the windows would not close completely which contributed to the latter aswell.
Bathroom not completely private due to sliding door which did not fit flush in the door frame.
Bed in the back bedroom not very comfortable. Could feel springs in the mattress.
Outside property shabby.

The house was beautifully furnished and decorated with a very eclectic collection of accessories which gave the place a very cosy and comfortable atmosphere. It was extremely clean and there was the basics such as tea and coffee so we could have hot drinks on arrival.
The immediate area around the house did not reflect the superb interior as the parking area is a bit scruffy - however once inside that is not an issue. There was some noise from the adjacent road, but we did sleep in the front bedroom next to the road, it would have been quieter in the back bedroom.

Presented really well and clean
Area was not very nice and did not sleep a wink due to the traffic noise felt like you were sleeping on the road and that was a Wednesday night!!!
