The location is just opposite the Gare Thiers tram stop and everything Avenue Jean Médicin can offer. Vieux Nice is our favourite spot so it's within walking distance or a few stops of Line 1. We also went to Toulon from here and the SNCF train is literally across the road. The place is comfortable. Bed and sofa were great. It's AC-ready which is helpful for the summer. The shower is well pressured and it has good temperature. The washing machine runs well too. The toilet is equipped with a bidet which is a pleasant surprise for someone from South-East Asia!

Comfortable apartment in a great location, so easily accessible. About a 5 min walk from the Nice ville train station and everything is within walking distance. Tram stop right outside which takes you right down to the promenade. The apartment has air conditioning which was amazing and very modern design.

The apartment block is a bit outdated and not the best looking, it had a slight smell but the actual apartment was great. Slightly small bedroom and bathroom but enough space for a couple and the living room is spacious which is comfortable.
