Everything looks new and clean! The host was easy to speak with.
The noise everytime the bathroom light is on and the bystanders smoking and chatting outside. The coffee machine was not fully working.

Everything else, modern apartment, equipped with everything needed, great location, quiet, you can easily access both the beach and city center, supermarket really close
It was really hard to cool down the upper part of the apartment, I think the AC should be located there, because hot air goes up. Also the sofa could be cleaned from the stains.
