Apartamento fica muito próximo a praia, comporta bem ate 3 pessoas, bem equipado (cozinha, secador de cabelo, ferro de passar roupa, aspirador de pó…), ar condicionado e wifi funcionaram perfeitamente. O estacionamento não é fechado, mas não tivemos problemas, ninguém estacionou na nossa vaga durante a estadia.

O quarto não tem Blackout então ficava bem claro a noite (poste de luz da rua) e de dia. Você ouve tudo o que acontece na rua (carros, conversas, sirenes..) não me parece ter nenhum isolamento acústico.

I can’t say there was something I didn’t like. I would say the bed was small both in length and width (double) but manageable.

The instructions were very clear, aside from the outdating parking information regarding the parking bollard (there isn't one anymore). The unit was very nice and convenient, though some parts were dusty. I liked that there were basic kitchen utensils. Would have been nice to get a heads up that there is nothing in the pantry including oil. very quick walk to Venice beach

Some of the neighbours were a bit noisy overnight. The unit was clean overall but there were some areas that were dusty. There's no basic pantry items like oil, salt, pepper.

Die Lage war super – nicht direkt an der Promenade, sodass man ruhig schlafen konnte, aber trotzdem in nur etwa 3 Minuten zu Fuß dort war. Die Ausstattung war grundsätzlich vollständig und es war alles da, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders nett fanden wir das kleine Willkommenspaket mit Wasser, Kaffee, Shampoo, Seife usw. Die Einrichtung ist schön und geschmackvoll, und der Check-in war hervorragend organisiert – unkompliziert, schnell und ohne Wartezeit. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, der Kontakt lief reibungslos und wir konnten nach Absprache sogar schon um 11 Uhr einchecken.

Der Boden war etwas klebrig, und die Wände wirkten teilweise schon recht abgewohnt. Einige Küchenutensilien (z. B. Schüssel, Messer, Teller) waren beschädigt, und die Schubladen sowie Schranktüren schlossen nicht richtig. Der Duschkopf gab nur wenig Wasser und spritzte stark zur Seite. Zudem ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig – man hört selbst, wenn der Nachbar hustet. Es gibt nur zwei Stühle und Bettwäsche für zwei Personen, was bei einer Belegung mit vier Erwachsenen etwas knapp wird. Der Tisch ist ebenfalls recht klein und im Wohnzimmer fehlt Stauraum. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden – für einen kurzen Aufenthalt von bis zu fünf Tagen ist das Appartement absolut ausreichend und zu empfehlen. Für längere Aufenthalte oder vier Erwachsene ist es jedoch etwas beengt. Der Service und die Organisation sind top!
