My family and I loved our time at Black Bear, and we hated to leave! The lake was warm. The sunrises and sunsets were beautiful. The pool was wonderful and larger than I expected. We had everything we needed and more. Even the neighbors were friendly. Connie responded quickly to any questions we had. The surprise gift delivery was such a nice touch. We had a little issue with the spa, and Connie was quick to make things right. Thank you so much Connie!

This was a beautiful Lake house, which had an amazing view. The lake was clear and clean. The outdoor area was spacious and had so much room on both deck areas. Awesome sunrises and sunsets. We kayaked, fished and the swimming, would have been awesome had the weather been a bit warmer. Perfect swimming area for smaller children. Our grandchildren enjoyed the mini golf and fire pit. The cooler nights were perfect for s’mores. There were 15 of us and the house itself was so spacious that we never felt like we were on top of one another. The living areas were comfortable and cozy. If someone felt like getting away there was always somewhere to go. The dining area/ coffee bar, was actually my favorite room and great for a large family sit down dinner or hanging out and playing games. The indoor pool was nice to have with the chilly weather outside. Our host was always available within minutes to respond to any questions or concerns we may have had. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We had an awesome time and would definitely book again!

We had a great time at the Black Bear. The lake was beautiful for swimming and boating. The rental was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed for cooking meals. We had a group with 3 families and several kids who loved the pool as well. Thank you to Connie for easy communication and making sure we had everything needed to relax and enjoy a week at the lake!

This was an EXCELLENT property. We had 8 adults and 4 kids and everyone had a great time. The house is amazing and Connie was equally as amazing. We kids played in the lake that was so clear you could see the fish. The lake is awesome as well. The view is to die for. We will visit this house again for sure.. 10 out of 10 in every category..
