Great place with plenty of space to have fun. House with adult and children's pool, both with a swim-up bar. The outdoor area has a large kennel with a sunbathing area and a covered area for dogs. The house is a 15-minute walk from the best beaches of Enseada Azul (Bacutia and Peracanga). The house has coconut trees and a garden in the middle of a neighborhood full of nature, where birds sing and fly freely. An environment that makes you never want to leave the house!!
The space
The house has a bedroom on the first floor, a shared bathroom on the first floor, a bathroom next to the pool (outdoor area), upstairs there is a master suite with air conditioning, a double bedroom with ceiling fan, a full bathroom, a single bedroom with air conditioning, two double beds, an extra bed on the floor and extra mattresses.
Barbecue next to the pool on the first floor and a covered area in the backyard that provides great gatherings around the barbecue.
Guest access
The entire space is for guests, nothing is shared with outsiders.
Other observations
Do not rent without speaking to me first.
