The accommodation
Discover the tranquility in Nemours-Centre with our Duplex n°5, perfect for 4 people, or also book the Duplex n°4 to accommodate up to 8 guests. Each unit offers a stylish kitchen, a living room with a 75-inch TV, a bedroom with a desk area and a spacious bathroom. Ideally located near the A6 motorway, the train to Paris (1 hour away) and free parking. A stone's throw from shops, restaurants, cultural sites and the lively Saturday market.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
The sofa bed is a sofa bed and therefore an extra bed for 1 adult or 2 children. Take this into account in your bookings. If you are 4 adults do not hesitate to also rent our second adjoining duplex

The accommodations are located on the 1st and last floor of a small building opposite the Loing and the Champ-de-Mars.
It is a 53m2 duplex, refurbished and fully equipped.PGJyPg
A market takes place every Saturday from 8am to 1pm on part of the Champ-de-Mars, fishmonger, butcher, butcher, baker, pastry chef, greengrocer, etc.

The entrance to the A6 (motorway of the sun) is 3 minutes away by car.

The train station is 3 minutes away by car and 10 minutes on foot and connects Nemours to Paris (Gare de Lyon) in 1 hour.

Nemours is located just 15 minutes from the castle of Fontainebleau and its forest, offering the possibility of a multitude of activities:
- Climbing
- Mountain biking (You will be very close to the famous Scandibérique)
- Tree climbing
- Canoeing, Kayaking
- Hiking
- Visit of the Castle and its gardens
- Museums
- Theater etc.

Please note that The Champs de Mars parking lot has a part reserved for the Saturday morning market from Friday 6pm, so you should remember to move your car to the back of the parking lot.
