**Ursa Major is at the top of a hill with a badly maintained dirt/gravel road. Use caution and drive slowly!
In winter the road is not always passable to cars without 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive. 4 wheel/all wheel drive is a MUST if you are planning a visit in snowy or icy conditions.

**Summer: the house is equipped with an air conditioner which mainly serves the great room/living area. The bedrooms use cielign fans for cooling. and to circulate cool night air.

**We do our best to keep Ursa Major a fragrance-free house, in order to accommodate guests with fragrance sensitivities. If this is you, you've found your sweet spot! We use unscented detergent and cleaning products here. Get in touch if you need more details.
