Our family of 4 enjoyed a 9-night stay at this apartment. The space was very clean and suited our needs perfectly. At the time of our stay, the A/C system was being upgraded at the complex so two fans and a portable unit were placed in the unit. We were not able to use the portable unit for longer than a few minutes at the time because the unit tripped the circuit breaker each time we turned it on. While the temperatures were cool outside the first few days of our stay, it became quite warm in the apartment as the weather got warmer. This was because the windows only opened about 6 inches and did not allow for efficient air flow. The average temp of the unit was 79 degrees Fahrenheit or 25 degrees Celsius. Outside of the A/C issue, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and Joshua and Emma were easy to reach and always willing to help.

The place was immaculate, nicely decorated and very comfortable in every room. We stayed there in early April. The pool was heated, clean and the hot tub very nice in a nice mountain view area outside. Joshua was quick to respond to questions and the book they left on their table with the unit was very informative regarding the area and things to do. Thanks to great hosts - Joshua and Emma. Great place to stay. Easy and convenient. Pool and hot tub were perfect after a day of skiing!

Yes the host was very welcoming and the property was very clean and enjoyable. We just a had a small problem with the TV operation but everything else was fine.
