This home is fantastic! It was wonderful on the inside, clean and the layout was amazing! My kids loved it as well! The pool table out back was a huge hit when we just wanted to relax at the house! The location of the home for us as tourists was also so great! I can’t wait to come back and stay again!

House was beautifully kept and very clean. Quiet neighborhood, and close to attractions we wanted to see. It was so nice to sit out on the patio in the evenings. Would definitely stay here again!

We just wrapped up a great stay at this home while we were visiting for a soccer tournament. The house was exactly like the pictures showed and quiet neighborhood. About a 10-15 min drive into the main part of Flagstaff. It was nice and cool upon check in and everything was clean & easy to find. Updated bathrooms and kitchen. Lots of dish ware, cooking utensils, storage and comfortable beds. Coffee, and salt & pepper were available for our use. Comfortable outdoor space with a covered pool table on the patio, and seating for 4 around a fire pit. Just be aware that there’s an attached studio also available for rent, but we never heard them, just saw them in the front yard with their dog. Would have loved to have a few board games to use while there, but that didn’t change anything and we would absolutely stay here again.

Normally we don’t complain, however, we were disappointed in our stay. We liked the neighborhood, but the actual VRBO was a bit run down. There were weeds everywhere, the back French doors wouldn’t lock, the tv wouldn’t work until someone came and reset everything the next day. It was great they had a pool table, but it was dirty (we had to wipe it down) and the pool cues were old and one was broken. It was probably my fault for not reading the description better, but we were really surprised there was no a/c. It was hot out and the back bedroom /bathroom was very warm. I’m sorry to say all of the above. I just think it’s really important to present your guests with a quality experience… on the positive, the kitchen was nice and the living room was comfortable.
